Specialized in emotional and stress management, I now support individuals who want to regain confidence, serenity, and momentum—even during the most challenging times—as well as those seeking to reconnect with their self-image and ease what still feels painful.

I also support professionals under high levels of stress in restoring balance and inner calm.
