- Remain steady through personal and professional challenges
- Regulate stress and pressure
- Build lasting inner balance
Think differently in critical moments
In critical moments, the problem is never the situation. The problem is how we think about it. And this is good news. I support you in thinking differently, staying internally steady, understanding your emotions, and strengthening your relationship with yourself. We work on the human behind the leader. And it is in the most challenging moments that this work becomes essential.on sens.

The life of a business leader...
There are the highs: achievements, moments of pride.
And there are the lows: responsibilities, pressure, doubts… and sometimes, a life challenge on top of it all.
You are handling many things at once
Clients, teams, competition…
And at the same time, those around you expect more of your presence.
You are expected to be everywhere at the same time
The pressure to succeed, to never show weakness, to be a “role model” is constant.
Over time, this weight weakens your balance and your ability to act.
The loneliness of leadership
Those around you do not always understand what you are going through.
And you may not want to involve your partner or loved ones in your professional life, or worry them.
Who can you really talk to?
You may find yourself asking:
- Is all of this really worth it?
- Will someone still be there when I look back?
- What if I lost everything?
At times, you may feel trapped.
The effect on your life
Stress, doubts, decisions, and challenges consume your energy.
Your reflex may be to try to control more.
And this is precisely what exhausts you, reinforcing the feeling of losing control.
But there is another way to think.
What changes
- Understand your thoughts and their impact
- Step back in critical moments
- Make decisions with greater clarity
- Approach tension with greater inner stability
- Better understand and regulate your emotions
- Strengthen your relationship with yourself and develop a stability that no longer depends solely on circumstances
Who am I ?
Executive coach specialized in emotional management
I am a certified coach, specialized in stress and emotional management, creator of the KAL™ Method, and host of the podcast “3 minutes pour tout changer” (in French).
For 13 years, I worked in the medical industry alongside surgeons. In 2015, my life changed after a serious accident: I was severely burned in an explosion and went through a long process of resilience and recovery.
This is how I discovered coaching and its power of transformation.
Trained in the United States, I first specialized in supporting individuals through life challenges, before focusing on executive coaching by developing a pragmatic approach to managing stress, mental load, and negative emotions: anger, anxiety, doubt, frustration, fear…
Today, I help business leaders regain serenity, clarity, and balance, and improve their decision-making for sustainable success, both professionally and personally.
