How does the first session work?

The first session, a complimentary 30-minute call, allows us to clarify your situation, your challenges, and the changes you want to make, as well as identify appropriate solutions.

It also ensures that the connection feels right and sets the foundation for your coaching.

Sessions take place via video.

Each session starts on time and lasts 55 minutes.

Each session is unique. We work from the initial challenges identified, as well as the situations you encounter in your daily life, bringing a fresh perspective and concrete solutions.
